Human Resources Director

Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a stable organization to locate their next HR Director within the manufacturing industry.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Compensation: $170k- $180k base

Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p

What will your day look like?

• HR Leadership & Strategy: Provide strategic and tactical HR leadership while developing and implementing policies, procedures, and SOPs that align with business objectives

• Employee Lifecycle & Operations: Oversee payroll administration, benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and other core HR functions

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and support an HR team consisting of an HR Generalist and HR Coordinator/Administrator while serving as a trusted partner to employees and leadership

Who are you?

• Experienced HR Leader: Progressive HR leadership experience with the ability to operate effectively in both strategic and hands-on environments

• Strong HR Operator: Experience across payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HR process development

• Business Partner: A collaborative, solutions-oriented HR professional who can work closely with executive leadership, lead change, and improve HR operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading HR for a mid-sized employee population

• Experience within manufacturing, metals, or another complex operational environment

• Experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and SOPs

• Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, compliance, and employee relations
