Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a high-growth SaaS organization to locate their next Billing Manager.
- Location: Remote - NC
- Compensation: $100,000–$130,000 base bonus
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

What will your day look like?
- Billing Operations Leadership: Manage the end-to-end billing cycle for subscription-based customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Recurring Revenue Support: Partner with Accounting to ensure billing activities align with revenue recognition policies and contract terms.
- Team Management: Lead and develop billing specialists while establishing KPIs and service standards.
- Customer Billing Resolution: Oversee escalated billing inquiries, disputes, credits, and account reconciliations.
- Systems & Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve billing efficiency and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance teams to support contract execution and customer onboarding.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop reporting around billings, collections trends, aging, customer metrics, and operational performance.
- Controls & Compliance: Ensure strong internal controls and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Who are you?
- Experienced Billing Leader: 5 years of billing, revenue operations, or accounts receivable experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- SaaS Experience Required: Strong understanding of subscription billing models, recurring revenue, and customer contract structures.
- Systems Oriented: Experience with billing platforms, ERP systems, and CRM tools such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, Chargebee, or similar solutions.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with large data sets and identifying trends and process improvements.
- Customer-Focused: Ability to balance operational excellence with a positive customer experience.
- Collaborative Leader: Strong communication skills and experience partnering across multiple business functions.
