Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a growing organization to locate their next Senior Accounts Payable Manager
Location: Guilford, CT– Hybrid
Compensation: 80,000–$95,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Full-time, hybrid schedule with standard business hours

- Ownership & Visibility: Manage corporate credit card programs and play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance
- Collaborative Environment: Work closely with accounting, finance, and internal teams across the organization
- Process Improvement Opportunities: Help identify and implement improvements within accounts payable and expense management processes
What will your day look like?
- Credit Card Program Management: Oversee multiple corporate credit card platforms, reconcile transactions, and ensure compliance with company expense policies
- Accounts Payable Support: Assist with invoice processing, vendor payments, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities
- Audit & Compliance Coordination: Investigate discrepancies, maintain supporting documentation, and support internal and external audits
Who are you?
- Experienced AP Professional: 5 years of accounts payable or accounting experience, including corporate credit card administration
- Detail-Oriented & Analytical: Strong understanding of expense policies, internal controls, and financial reconciliation processes
- Organized Communicator: Ability to manage deadlines, communicate with employees across the organization, and ensure policy adherence
