Pay Scale Range: $32.47/hr - $36.93/hr

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician proficient in diagnosing and repairing industrial equipment, ensuring adherence to safety standards and effective communication within the team.
Pay Scale Range: $32.47/hr - $36.93/hr
- Analyze work progress, ensure safety compliance, and manage contractors.
- Perform preventive maintenance, manage spare parts, and support shift handovers.
- Facilitate maintenance best practices and ensure accurate data management.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with H&S for safety compliance and investigate accidents.
- Manage scrap materials disposal and collaborate on equipment changes.
- Support Environmental Management System implementation and compliance.
- Ensures a correct and complete handover of the activities with the next shift RMT
- Support in the spreading of maintenance best practices
- Guarantees the correctness of the data upload into SAP PM
- High School diploma or GED
- Two to three years' experience in an industrial plant environment.
- Two-year Technical Degree preferred.
- Strong mechanical understanding.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, variable shifts, and overtime.
