**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Lot Porter to join our team. The Lot Porter will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our parking lot and vehicle inventory. This role is crucial to providing a positive customer experience and ensuring the operational efficiency of our dealership or facility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Keep the parking lot and surrounding areas clean and organized, including picking up trash and debris.

- Move and park vehicles as needed to ensure optimal space utilization and ease of access for customers and staff.

- Conduct regular inspections of the lot to ensure all vehicles are secure and accounted for.

- Assist with the delivery and pickup of vehicles, as well as moving vehicles between locations if necessary.

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with any inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.

- Support the service team by preparing vehicles for service and ensuring they are returned to the correct parking location post-service.

- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

- Report any issues, accidents, or damages related to vehicles or the parking area to management promptly.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and a clean, safe environment.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Previous experience in a similar role or in a customer service environment is a plus, but not required.

- Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
