This role reports to the Director of Cybersecurity and will be responsible for driving the success of our security programs; interfacing with most areas of the business; helping to shape policy and process; communicating the security posture of the organization and evangelizing Cyber concepts and adoption.

You will help to drive the continued improvement of security practices and maturity. You will assist with the strategic development of the Cybersecurity practice at Ferrara.
Managing the Cybersecurity practice will involve vendor oversight, project management, documentation, policy development and review, and working closely with the IT technical teams to recommend and support the implementation of controls and systems.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $112,278 to $157,189 annually.

- 5-7 years IT experience including project management and risk assessment
- 3 years in security or related leadership role
- Master’s Degree or CISSP certification
- Vendor management experience
- Familiarity with NIST, GDPR, CCPA and NIS2
