Ferrara Lumber – Seneca Falls, NY
Ferrara Lumber is looking for a motivated, dependable person to join our inside sales team! This position works directly with homeowners, contractors, and walk-in customers helping with building materials, hardware, project needs, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the sales counter and over the phone
- Help customers with hardware, lumber, and building material purchases
- Prepare orders, quotes, and invoices
- Build relationships with contractors and retail customers
- Coordinate with yard and delivery staff to keep orders moving efficiently
- Maintain organized customer and sales records
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service every day

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills and phone experience
- Retail, hardware, lumber, or building materials experience is a plus
- Construction knowledge is helpful but not required
