Role Description The Service Writer is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, WA. This role is responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, emails and serving as the primary point of contact for service inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating work orders, documenting vehicle issues, coordinating with technicians, and clearly explaining recommended services, timelines, and costs to customers. The Service Writer will schedule appointments, track repair status, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the computer system, handling basic billing and invoicing tasks, and supporting a clean and organized front office environment.
