At the Fernelius Auto Group, Automotive Finance Managers facilitate the purchasing of finance and insurance programs by new & used vehicle customers. Finance Managers also work with financial lenders to provide fair interest rates and programs. As with all positions within the dealership, F&I Managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards, and be an advocate for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all customer loan origination/approval
- Presentation of financial products, both insurance and vehicle protection menus
- Oversee and monitor timely funding of contracts
- Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
- Develop and tend to relationships with lending institutions
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance
- Experience in financial services, marketing, sales, contracts, and/or lending
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years F&I Manager experience at a retail automotive/marine/power sports dealership, or
- 2 years of automotive sales experience, and 1 year in a dealership management position
