Qualified Mental Health Professionals provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to children, adults, and families in home, office, and community-based settings. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a mission-driven team while delivering high-quality mental health care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, family, group, and/or skills-based therapy
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and determine service eligibility
- Meet productivity and documentation standards
- Collaborate with Fernbrook staff and external service providers
- Participate in trainings, staff meetings, and professional development
- Uphold Fernbrook’s mission, values, and agency policies
- Active licensure as LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP
- Strong ethical judgment and professional boundaries
- Ability to manage time, schedules, and deadlines independently
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Openness to feedback and commitment to ongoing clinical growth
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check

- Flexible scheduling (generally between 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
