What You’ll Do
In This Dynamic Role, You Will
- Provide therapy and skill-building services to children, adults, and families in school, home, and community settings
- Conduct assessments to determine service eligibility and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with agency standards
- Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated, quality care
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training opportunities
- Represent Fernbrook’s mission and values in every interaction
- Meet productivity expectations while following agency policies
- Travel regularly between client locations and office sites
- Sound judgment and strong ethical decision-making
- Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries
- Openness to support, feedback, and learning
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Capacity to work both independently and within a collaborative team
- Basic computer proficiency or willingness to learn
- Passion for our mission and commitment to client-centered care
- Master’s Degree in a Human Services field (or currently in qualifying field placement for LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, insurance, and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Experience serving children, adults, and families
- Bilingual skills
- Active licensure (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP)
- Ability to sit, observe, and engage for extended periods
- Comfortable working with individuals across the lifespan and various needs
- Occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds
- Flexible schedule available between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Full-time staff expected to work 40 hours/week; occasional overtime may be required
- Part-time staff may work up to 40 hours/week (overtime must be pre-approved)
- Regular travel required between client homes, schools, and Fernbrook offices
