Clinical Trainees provide diagnostic assessments, psychotherapy, and skills-based services to children, adults, and families while working under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional. This role offers meaningful client work, strong clinical supervision, and hands-on experience toward licensure.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, family, group, and/or skills-based therapy
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and determine service eligibility
- Meet productivity and documentation standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and community partners
- Participate in individual and group clinical supervision
- Attend required trainings, meetings, and ongoing professional development
- Master’s degree (or current graduate student in field placement) working toward LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP
- Strong ethics, professionalism, and commitment to learning
- Ability to manage time independently and work collaboratively
- Openness to feedback and clinical growth
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check

- Flexible scheduling (generally between 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
- High-quality supervision to support licensure
