What You’ll Do
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide supervision in accordance with the requirements of licensing boards and educational institutions. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting individual and group supervision sessions
- Offering clinical direction to promote skill development and ethical practice
- Reviewing documentation, diagnostic assessments, and billing
- Providing constructive feedback to support growth and improve client outcomes
- Collaborating with other supervisors and internal teams
- Completing required CEUs and annual trainings to maintain supervisor status
Required
What We’re Looking For
- LICSW license
- Experience and comfort with clinical supervision
- Strong ethical decision-making and boundary-setting skills
- Ability to manage your time and schedule independently
- Willingness to grow, seek feedback, and collaborate
- Tech-savvy or open to learning new systems
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must pass applicable background checks
- Supervisory experience
- Bilingual abilities
- Experience working with children and families
- Flexible scheduling generally between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Hybrid supervision via secure video platforms
- Expectation of 40 hours per week for salaried employees; up to 40 for hourly staff
- Travel is currently not required for supervision but is subject to change based on licensing board updates
- Physical demands include sitting, observing, and occasional light lifting (up to 15 lbs)
