Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative leadership for assigned programs
- Supervise and support clinical and program staff, including professional development and performance management
- Ensure staff receive appropriate clinical supervision and training
- Maintain compliance with licensing, documentation, billing, and contractual requirements
- Support scheduling, productivity tracking, and client service coordination
- Collaborate with counties, schools, referral sources, and community partners
- Participate in audits, quality assurance activities, and outcome monitoring
- Assist with onboarding, staff training, and ongoing skill development
- Collaborate with leadership on staffing, budgeting, and program planning
- Promote communication and collaboration across programs and departments
- Provide direct mental health services to children, adults, and families as needed
- Uphold Fernbrook’s mission, vision, and values in all aspects of work
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting
- Strong leadership, supervision, and team-building skills
- Knowledge of behavioral health documentation, billing, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass DHS and agency-required background checks
- Experience with program management and compliance oversight
- Experience collaborating with counties, schools, and community agencies
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Flexible schedule generally between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Travel between Fernbrook locations and community sites may be required
- Salaried position averaging 40–43 hours per week, with flexibility based on agency needs
- Extended periods of sitting, computer use, listening, and observation
- Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds
