About the Position:
Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Wesley Chapel, a trusted and high-performing dealership, is looking for an Automotive Service Manager to lead our dynamic service department. This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and has extensive knowledge of service operations, customer satisfaction, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service
- Lead, coach, and support service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with all warranty and service procedures
- Maximize departmental performance by tracking KPIs, labor hours, and CSI scores
- Ensure smooth coordination with Parts and Sales departments
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies and service promotions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment
- 5 years of experience as a Service Manager in a high-volume dealership
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Deep understanding of warranty guidelines, systems, and service procedures
- Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
- Familiarity with DMS software
- ASE and/or certifications preferred
