About the Role: Ferguson’s Front Royal Distribution Center is seeking dependable, safety‑focused Warehouse Equipment Operators to support accurate and efficient product movement throughout the facility. This role is essential to our daily operations and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers) in compliance with OSHA and company guidelines
• Accurately pick, stage, and store product in designated warehouse locations
• Build pallets and containers while maintaining organized work areas
• Use RF scanners or voice‑directed systems to complete daily tasks
• Maintain inventory accuracy and prioritize product safety
• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership
• Follow all standard operating procedures and safety requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
• Willingness to work overtime when scheduled
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience preferred (training provided)
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $26.17

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
