Work Just 3 Days a Week — Earn $23.50/Hour!
- $23.50 per hour
- Just 3 shifts per week — Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- 10‑hour shifts from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM
- Benefits eligible

- Ferguson Distribution Center in Front Royal, VA
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers) in compliance with OSHA and company guidelines
- Accurately pick, stage, and store product in designated warehouse locations
- Build pallets and containers while maintaining organized work areas
- Use RF scanners or voice‑directed systems to complete daily tasks
- Maintain inventory accuracy and prioritize product safety
- Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership
- Follow all standard operating procedures and safety requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
- Willingness to work overtime when scheduled
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Prior warehouse or equipment experience preferred (training provided)
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
Pay Range:
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
