$15.00 - $27.93
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

What You’ll Do:
- Offer Expert Product Recommendations: Help customers find the perfect products tailored to their needs.
- Efficient Order Processing: Handle orders seamlessly using our order management system.
- Handle Transactions Smoothly: Operate cash registers and adhere to our cash handling protocols.
- Prepare Orders for Pickup: Get orders ready for customer collection with care and efficiency.
- Uphold Store Presentation: Maintain a clean and inviting store environment while following merchandising guidelines.
- Restock and Organize Merchandise: Ensure shelves are well-stocked and products are neatly arranged.
- Promote a Safe Work Environment: Follow safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure workspace.
- Industry Knowledge: A background in plumbing or HVAC is highly valued. Your technical knowledge will help you provide expert recommendations and solutions.
- Sales and Customer Service Skills: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, with the ability to upsell and meet customer needs promptly.
- Quick Thinker: Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-Centric Attitude: A strong desire to build relationships and offer outstanding service is essential.
