Job Opening: Counter Sales Associate – Silverthorne, CO
We’re searching for a friendly, reliable Counter Sales Associate to support our Silverthorne branch. If you enjoy helping customers choose the right products, providing clear answers, and working in an active, hands-on setting, this role could be an excellent fit.
This is a full-time position, and applicants must already reside in the Silverthorne area, as we are not able to offer housing or relocation support.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers at the counter and guide them through product options and order needs
- Work closely with the warehouse team to pull orders, replenish stock, and maintain organized inventory
- Enter orders accurately and keep product details current in our system
- Manage walk-in and phone sales with a professional, customer-centered approach
- Support a collaborative, positive work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Background in hardware, retail, plumbing supply, or warehouse operations is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
- Must already live locally (no relocation or housing assistance available)
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- $21–$24 per hour, depending on experience
- Immediate start available
