The Ferguson-Florissant School District is a community of families and neighborhoods located in suburban St. Louis, MO. The Substitute Office Professional provides temporary administrative and clerical support in a school building office. This position plays a vital role in maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring effective communication among staff, students, parents, and the community. Position Overview Reports To: School Principal/Department Leader
Employment Terms: This is a temporary, on-call position with no guaranteed hours compensated according to the General Support Salary Schedule, as outlined in district policy and the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Workdays and hours will vary depending on the needs of the school/department and staff absences.
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Retirement: N/A
Salary: $15.69 per hour, with experience $16.73 per hour
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace required
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Experience is a school setting preferred
