Ferch's Crafthouse Grille in Wauwatosa, WI is looking for 1-2 servers/waitstaff to join our dynamic team! We are located on 418 N. Mayfair Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Greeting/seating patrons
- Presenting the menu and helping customers select food/drinks with full menu knowledgment
- Making recommendations, and delivering food/drinks to tables
- Delivering a great customer experience
- Collecting payment for bill of sale
- Performing side work tasks, as well as weekly checklist duties
- Having positive attitude, and bringing the spirit
Qualifications
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience as a Server, Waitstaff a plus but not required
