Bartender at Ferch's Crafthouse Grille

Ferch's Crafthouse Grille in Wauwatosa is looking for 1-2 bartenders to join our team! Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, engaged, and a team player! Passion for craft beer is a plus, experience is preferred but not required, willingness to learn, have fun, and make money is our goal! We are located at 418 N. Mayfair Rd. Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Change kegs/stock bottles
• Has menu knowledge and is able to explain to customers all food/drink
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Pour draft/bottle beers properly
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock bar inventory and supplies
• Maintains a clean/cleans work space during shift
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in a restaurant/sales/customer service job
• Excellent knowledge of beer/serving drinks/food safety
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean while maintaining guest experience
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs
• Reliable transportation
