Ferch's Crafthouse Grille in Wauwatosa, WI is looking for a bartender to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 418 N. Mayfair Rd. in Wauwatosa.
Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, reliable, has a willingness to learn, have fun, and make money Flexible scheduling, minimum 2 shifts required a week.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Follow and complete a bar checklist
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
- Prior working experience as a bartender/server preferred
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
