Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through responsive service and accurate order
fulfillment.
- Handle inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential leads via phone and email.
- Provide quotes, process orders, and communicate effectively regarding material applications and
delivery timelines.
- Research prospective leads, identify customer buying trends, and report findings to management on a
weekly/monthly basis.
- Maintain and update CRM records with lead, prospect, and opportunity information.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
- Support the Service Manager with additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- 3 years experience in a Business/Sales environment.
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or AS400 is a plus.
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years
- Customer Service: 3 years
- Inside Sales: 3 years
Preferred Experience
- One year of experience in the Sheet metal space
