This role ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, drives continuous improvement, and mentors HSE staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to all HSE regulations and company standardsConduct audits, inspections, and risk assessmentsMaintain accurate records, metrics, and reportingSafety Culture & Incident ManagementLead incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actionsPromote a strong safety culture across all sitesProvide expert HSE guidance to teams and leadershipEnvironmental StewardshipOversee compliance with air, water, and waste regulationsManage SDS and chemical inventory processesChampion the adoption and maintenance of management systems including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001Collaboration & SupportPartner with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance on safety/environmental needsWork with HR on Worker’s Compensation and return-to-work programsContribute to sustainability initiatives and committeesLeadership & DevelopmentMentor and develop HSE staffChampion continuous improvement across multiple sites QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For…We’re seeking a team member who:Bachelor’s degree (Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field preferred) OR equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience.Proven success leading HSE efforts across multiple sites.Certification in an EHS related discipline (e.g. CSP/CIH) or ability to obtain certificationISO 14001 Internal Auditor or ability to obtainStrong background in safety audits, risk assessments, and corrective action management.Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts.Ability to thrive in a multi-site, multi-shift manufacturing environment.Willingness to travel up to 20%.Growth Opportunities… This role offers a clear path for advancement.
