Fenix Lawn & Tree is an Oklahoma City based fertilizer, weed, insect and disease application company. We are looking for a career minded, goal oriented, punctual, detailed, fast paced, customer service focused person. This position takes approximately 3 years to master, therefore it takes commitment.
- We work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
- No experience required. We prefer that you don't have any bad work habits that need to be retrained.
- College Degree preferred but not required.
- We are a non smoking, non vaping, non e-cigarette company, no exceptions.
- Must be self-motivated. Must be in good physical condition.
- DMV records check required prior to being offered any position that requires driving a company vehicle.
- Background check required prior to being offered any position.
Learn the proper application of fertilizer, insecticide, fungicide, and herbicide products, management, sales and customer service skills to manage a turf client territory.
We pay a base salary, plus some overtime, plus revenue production bonuses, plus sales commissions, plus networking commissions. So the more you work, produce, and sell, the more you earn. We also have a benefits package with paid holidays, vacation, once trained a route manager may earn a company vehicle for some positions and more.
Pay package from $36000 plus to $55,000 plus depending on experience.
