Fenix Home Services – Residential HVAC Service Technician (Grand Junction / Fruita)
We’re a small, tight crew looking to add one experienced residential service technician. If you can run your own calls, take care of customers, and don’t need babysitting—we want to talk.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running residential service calls (diagnostics, repair, maintenance)
- Communicating directly with customers
- Identifying repair vs replacement opportunities
- Keeping your truck organized and your work clean

What you need:
- Solid residential HVAC experience
- Ability to diagnose and repair without hand-holding
- Good communication with customers
- The ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
Nice to have:
- Some install experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to spot system upgrade opportunities
