Day Shift 7AM - 3:30 PM - Must have SUB ACUTE experience.

- Oversee and coordinate nursing care provided to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Sub-acute experience mandatory.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of patient care.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' health and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and maintain a supportive and nurturing environment for residents.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to nursing care and senior living facilities.
- Act as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate open communication and address any concerns promptly.
- Current and valid New Jersey RN license.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing particularly in sub-acute care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of and commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements.
- CPR and BLS certifications.
- Flu vaccination required.
