Transportation Coordinator

Overview

Do you enjoy coordinating people, solving logistical challenges, and ensuring others arrive at their destinations safely and on time? We are Fellowship Square Tucson, a not-for-profit senior living community, seeking a Transportation Coordinator to oversee and support our transportation services while leading a dedicated team of drivers who make a difference every day.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and committed to safety, service, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation schedules and routes to ensure timely, efficient service

• Supervise, support, and guide drivers to promote professionalism and safety

• Ensure compliance with transportation safety standards and regulations

• Oversee vehicle readiness, inspections, and maintenance coordination

• Respond to scheduling changes, service needs, or transportation issues

• Maintain accurate records related to drivers, vehicles, and transportation activity

• Serve as a point of contact for transportation questions, concerns, and service requests

• Foster a respectful, customer-focused experience for all passengers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Bilingual a plus.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of transportation or fleet operations experience
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience
• Strong knowledge of transportation safety and compliance standards
