- Coordinate daily transportation schedules and routes to ensure timely, efficient service
- Supervise, support, and guide drivers to promote professionalism and safety
- Ensure compliance with transportation safety standards and regulations
- Oversee vehicle readiness, inspections, and maintenance coordination
- Respond to scheduling changes, service needs, or transportation issues
- Maintain accurate records related to drivers, vehicles, and transportation activity
- Serve as a point of contact for transportation questions, concerns, and service requests
- Foster a respectful, customer-focused experience for all passengers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Bilingual a plus.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of transportation or fleet operations experience
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory or lead experience
- Strong knowledge of transportation safety and compliance standards
