Responsibilities
- Lead multi-site operations for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
- Standardize and scale operating models to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Drive financial performance through occupancy growth, cost management, and operational efficiencies.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Health & Wellness to deliver unified strategies.
- Champion a faith-based, hospitality-driven culture that prioritizes resident satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance, quality assurance, and risk management across all campuses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, or related).
- 10 years senior leadership experience in multi-site senior living operations (IL, AL, MC required).
- Strong financial acumen with P&L oversight and KPI management.
- Proven ability to build scalable operational models and high-performing teams.
- Passion for serving seniors with dignity and hospitality.
- Experience in nonprofit or faith-based organizations preferred.
- Ability to travel across Arizona; hybrid work model (3 days in-office).
