We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team at Fellowship Square, a welcoming and supportive senior living facility. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents while contributing to a clean and well-maintained facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting common areas, resident rooms, and bathrooms.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas, hallways, offices, and other facility spaces.
- Manage cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety and health protocols to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Provide exceptional service to residents and staff while maintaining respect for their privacy and comfort.
- Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and personal items.
- Report any concerns or issues related to the facility’s cleanliness and resident needs to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience, preferably in a senior living facility, healthcare setting, or similar environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with residents.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull items of at least 25 pounds.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 7am-12pm (Part-Time)
Pay:$15.15
