Overview
Now Hiring Full-Time & Part-Time Caregivers!
We are seeking a kindhearted, energetic Certified Caregiver/Med Tech who has a genuine desire to help seniors and is committed to meeting their day-to-day needs while helping to preserve their dignity and quality of life.
The purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents, including but not limited to, administering medications to the residents in a safe, accurate, and timely manner based on medical records.
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications to assisted living residents and will maintain medical records.
- Order and complete medication records.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Perform welfare checks on residents.
- Document and report care provided and resident observations.
- Provide physical assistance, laundry & bedding assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be a Certified Caregiver in the state of Arizona.
- Must be available for on-call caregiver duties as scheduled by the Director.
- Must possess a current CPR and First Aid card, fingerprint clearance card, and recent TB test.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Prior assisted living caregiving and medication administration experience a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.

Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time, Evening and nightshifts needed.
Pay Rate: Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, with higher rates available based on experience and qualifications.
