The Regional Property Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the Property Management team in an assigned geographic region. With a focus on customer service, collaboration, and safety, the Regional Property Manager will support the strategic growth and scaling of Fello Communities. This role ensures all housing units in the assigned region meet organizational standards and provide positive tenant experiences. The Regional Property Manager is a member of the Fello Leadership Council, must meet the requirements of a Maintenance Technician, and is considered an essential position.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience supporting or managing property maintenance operations, with the ability to lead teams, prioritize complex workloads, and effectively manage maintenance ticketing systems. They demonstrate strong judgment in sensitive situations, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders. They must thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, balancing preventative maintenance efforts, safety oversight, and day-to-day operational demands. Strong organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects are essential. A commitment to high-quality customer service and collaborative teamwork is critical for success in this role.
This position requires a high school diploma or GED and three years of experience supporting or managing a property maintenance team. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and project management experience is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ticketing systems such as AppFolio is required.
