Strategic Account Manager – Field Marketing

We are a mid-size Plaintiff’s Injury Law Firm with offices in Utah, Idaho, and Arizona, handling complex matters including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, premises liability, medical malpractice, and traumatic brain injuries. Our attorneys are nationally recognized, serve as faculty for a leading trial institute, and regularly present across the country on advanced litigation topics.
Behind our success is a foundation of systems, training, and operational excellence. We’re looking for a results-driven Strategic Account Manager – Field Marketing to help expand our partnerships, grow our brand, and generate leads across Northern Utah.
Role Overview
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will own our field marketing and partnership efforts. You’ll proactively build relationships, execute marketing initiatives, and track results — driving measurable growth for our firm. This is a high-energy, results-oriented role for someone who thrives on autonomy, accountability, and building real-world connections.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, contact, and secure referral partners and business relationships.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships through consistent communication and value-driven initiatives.
- Plan, execute, and maximize ROI from local events, sponsorships, and community engagement programs.
- Track KPIs, activities, and outcomes to ensure measurable results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation, campaigns, and competitive intelligence.
- Represent Feller & Wendt professionally in the community, at events, and during networking opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or field marketing.
- Self-starter who thrives with clear targets and autonomy.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — comfortable meeting new people and presenting value.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with marketing/CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, HighLevel, Canva, CapCut, Mailchimp, Google Suite).
- Comfortable with local travel and occasional overnight or weekend events.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
- Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus incentive opportunities available quarterly

Working Conditions
- Standard office environment with occasional extended hours during peak periods
