Intake Specialist
Feller & Wendt, LLC is seeking an Intake Specialist / Customer Service Representative to join our Layton, Utah office!
Responsibilities & Skills
- Answer calls with energy and enthusiasm.
- Meet and greet potential clients while exhibiting excellent customer service 100% of the time.
- Following scripts and call flows to assist with the screening of potential clients.
- Sell the firm and the legal services that are provided.
- Follow checklists, policies, and procedures related to your position.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Intake Manager.
- Help set up and run focus groups.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Sales experience.
- The ability to type at a minimum of 45WPM.
- Knowledge of basic office skills, as well as knowledge of Adobe, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent human relations and written and verbal communication skills.
- Employees in this position must exercise strict confidentiality in all matters.
- Ability to multitask and handle a multi-line phone system.
- Possess dependable transportation.
- Willing and able to travel locally to meet with potential clients during the workday.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Needs to be able to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent attendance.

Salary: $16.00 - $2.00 per hour (doe) performance-based incentives
Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6pm. Possibly an occasional weekend day.
