Enrollment Services Counselor

Felician University, the Franciscan University of New Jersey is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, student-centric and highly organized part-time service professional to serve as a part-time Enrollment Services Counselor. The Counselor supports the Accelerated and Graduate Enrollment Services team by providing personalized guidance to post application students through scheduled Zoom appointments. S/he delivers accurate and comprehensive information about the programs under the umbrella of AUG and GRAD, and serves as a key resource for students, ensuring a positive and informed post enrollment deposit. This position is a fully remote position within the state of New Jersey.

Required Education:

BA/BS preferred, substantial relative experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Qualifications:

1 years’ counseling or customer/student service experience, preferable in higher education; strong communication, organizational and presentation skills; ability to process information efficiently, effectively and accurately; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities; demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability and willingness to work evening and weekend hours;  willingness and ability to support and promote the Felician Franciscan mission and core values of the University.
