Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, marketing or a related field required, Master’s degree preferred.\
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in enrollment management, academic advising, registrar operations, or student success roles within higher education; proven experience working with transfer and adult student populations; demonstrated understanding the unique academic and support needs of the transfer and adult constituency; strong proficiency in student information systems (SIS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, such as Ellucian Colleague, SLATE, and related reporting platforms; excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex processes, set priorities, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment; demonstrated ability to analyze data and prepare reports to inform enrollment and student success initiatives; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, including faculty, IT, and student support offices; demonstrated ability to work autonomously with multiple priorities and deadlines; strong interpersonal skills; sensitivity to and ability to engage with and direct a culturally and religiously diverse student population; flexibility and willingness to work evening and weekend hours as needed; ability and willingness to support and promote the Felician Franciscan core values and mission of the University.
