About the Position
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to manage all insurance-related activities and support the data entry needs for financial planning. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of insurance for the practice and ensuring that data entry for financial planning is accurate, up-to-date, and efficiently processed. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of the practice and enhancing client service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all insurance policies, including life, health, disability, and long-term care.
- Ensure proper documentation, renewals, and compliance for all insurance policies.
- Work with insurance carriers and clients to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain and track insurance policy details.
- Input and update client financial data, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities, into financial planning software.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and maintain organized records.
- Assist with the preparation of financial plans, reports, and other client-facing documents.
- Provide administrative support to the financial advisory team as needed.
