We're seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with senior leadership and drive enterprise-wide financial strategy, forecasting, capital planning, and performance analysis.
What You'll Do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the organization.
- Own global cash forecasting for properties, funds, and corporate entities.
- Partner with leadership to analyze performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimize cash management, liquidity, and capital allocation strategies.
- Evaluate fund-level reserves and provide recommendations related to distributions and capital events.
- Develop financial models and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 8 years of progressive finance, FP&A, treasury, or analytical experience.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to influence decision-making and partner with senior leaders.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and attention to detail.
