The fast-paced team of Feldmar Watch Company is looking for a self-motivated After-Sales Service Coordinator. This is a customer-facing role that combines direct client interaction with essential administrative and support responsibilities. The position will provide in-person, telephone, and electronic customer service to the retailer’s client base while ensuring smooth operations within the after-sales service department.
Responsibilities:
- Managing in-person, telephone, and electronic customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience
- Completing follow-through to assure that customer requests are properly resolved
- Providing administrative and operational support to the after-sales service department
- Completing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
