Our services include land surveying, reality capture, VDC/BIM, construction layout, subsurface utility engineering, monitoring solutions, and geospatial technologies that help simplify complex projects.
As our company continues to grow, we are seeking our first dedicated Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support and elevate our branding, communications, recruiting visibility, and social media presence.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of creativity, organization, and field exposure. You will work closely with leadership, project managers, and operational teams to help showcase our people, projects, technology, and company culture through professional and engaging content.
This is not a traditional desk-only marketing role. The successful candidate will occasionally visit active project sites, interact with field teams, and help translate technical work into clear, engaging, and professional communications.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media Coordination
- Help maintain consistency across company branding, templates, presentations, and marketing materials
- Support the development of recruiting materials, company announcements, brochures, and promotional content
- Assist with internal and external company communications
- Coordinate marketing assets, branded materials, and company merchandise initiatives
- Ensure all public-facing materials align with company standards, professionalism, and brand identity
Content & Social Media Coordination
- Assist in planning and maintaining company social media and content calendars
- Create professional and engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram
- Capture photos and short-form video content from project sites, office activities, recruiting events, and company initiatives
- Write clear and professional captions and messaging appropriate to each platform
- Coordinate internal review and approvals for company content
- Monitor engagement trends and support ongoing content improvements
Collaboration & Project Support
- Coordinate with project managers, field crews, and department leaders to identify content opportunities
- Attend occasional project sites, company events, recruiting initiatives, and industry functions
- Support leadership with communication and visibility initiatives as the company continues to expand
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, branding, social media coordination, or content development
- Degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Media, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
- Professional judgment and ability to represent the company appropriately in both office and field environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within construction, engineering, architecture, surveying, geospatial, or related industries
- Experience supporting company branding and visual consistency
- Photography or videography experience
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic photo/video editing tools
- Experience creating professional presentations, graphics, or marketing materials
Work Environment & Culture
Feldman Geospatial operates in a fast-paced, field-driven environment that often starts early to support active construction and project schedules. Many operational teams begin their day at or around 6:00 AM, and this role will occasionally require early morning coordination, project site visits, or content capture to align with field activities.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a proactive, responsive, and team-oriented culture where collaboration with field staff, project managers, and leadership is an important part of the role.

- Expected hourly pay range of $31.00 to $36.52, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for discretionary bonus opportunities, usually paid in December of each year.
