Warranty Administrator

Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Automotive Deealership Warranty Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims, communicating with customers, and working closely with the service department.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims and ensure all necessary documentation is complete
• Communicate with customers regarding warranty claims and provide updates on the status of their repairs
• Work closely with the service department to ensure all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and repairs
• Assist with administrative duties as needed
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
