New Car Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and maximizing sales revenue for the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded
• Train and coach sales representatives to improve their performance and sales skills
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase dealership revenue
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline processes

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
