Responsibilities
- Assist estimators with daily administrative and customer service tasks
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Schedule vehicle estimates and repair appointments
- Help manage repair orders, supplements, and documentation
- Communicate with insurance companies and customers regarding repair status
- Upload photos, documents, and repair information into estimating systems
- Coordinate with technicians, parts departments, and management to support workflow
- Maintain organized files and accurate records
- Assist in keeping office operations efficient and professional
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Basic computer and office software knowledge required
- Previous automotive, body shop, dealership, or insurance experience preferred
- Experience with estimating systems is a plus but not required
