What You'll Do

• Lead carpentry teams and subcontractors on high-end residential remodeling projects
• Oversee site logistics and daily schedules to keep projects on time and within budget
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and team members to maintain alignment and resolve issues
• Perform high-quality installations that meet specifications and exceed expectations
• Manage punch lists and ensure all final details are completed to the highest standard
• Enforce job site safety and mentor team members on best practices

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of carpentry experience, with 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience in high-end residential remodeling strongly preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and project specifications
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must own a full set of tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and committed to craftsmanship
