You'll support kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and full-home remodels while learning from industry leaders. This is a chance to work on high-end homes, build your technical and leadership skills, and be part of a team that values excellence, mentorship, and craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

• Assist in framing, trim, cabinetry, and installation work
• Support Lead and Skilled Carpenters across all project phases
• Maintain safe, organized, and clean job sites
• Learn to interpret blueprints and specs for residential projects
• Use hand and power tools under supervision with growing autonomy
• Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines and exceed expectations

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of residential carpentry or construction experience
• Basic tool knowledge and eagerness to grow your technical skills
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to take direction and contribute to a team environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and coworkers
