Responsibilities
- Assist lead carpenter and general contractor on daily job site tasks
- Perform demolition, framing, finish carpentry, and general labor
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Load/unload materials and tools
Qualifications
- 3 years of construction or carpentry experience required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and the ability to drive a full size truck (required)
- Ability to lift 75–100 lbs regularly
- Punctual and dependable
- Must pass background check
Skills (Required)
- Basic knowledge of tools and job site safety
- Experience with framing, trim, or remodeling work
- Familiarity with high-end residential construction
