Kitchen Helper / Smoothie Prep Helper
Role Description
The Kitchen Helper / Smoothie Prep Helper is an entry-level role responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, ensuring ingredients are prepped, stations are clean, and products are made following Feel Good standards.
This position is designed as the first step in training, where the employee learns our systems, recipes, cleanliness standards, and work flow before advancing to a Team Member role.
Key Responsibilities
Food & Ingredient Prep
- Wash, cut, and portion fruits and vegetables.
- Prepare ingredients for smoothies, bowls, juices, and other menu items.
- Follow prep lists and daily production needs.
Smoothie & Basic Prep Support
- Assist in smoothie and bowl preparation (as trained)
- Follow recipes exactly as instructed.
- Maintain consistency in portions and presentation.
Cleanliness & Organization
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
- Follow “Clean as you go” standards at all times.
- Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and restock stations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness in customer areas, including indoor & outdoor tables.
Support Operations
- Assist all recipes and procedures with precision.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Work with urgency and efficiency.
- Be punctual and ready to work at scheduled time.
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Respect team structure and follow directions from Shift Leaders and Managers.

Pay: $8.50 - $9.00 per hour
