Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and eager-to-learn Office Assistant to support our Office Manager and Accounts Receivable department and provide general office support as needed. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, adaptable, and interested in growing their skills in an office environment. The ideal candidate would be comfortable taking on a variety of tasks and would be willing to work through something independently but not be afraid to ask questions. Willingness to learn the fuel/lubricant industry and basic information about our products is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with Accounts Receivable duties including invoicing, payment posting, and follow-up on accounts
· Answer phones, greet customers, and provide general administrative support
· File, scan, and organize records and documents
· Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
· Help cover other office and operational duties as needed
· Support team members with special projects and daily workflow
Qualifications:
· Strong work ethic with a positive, “can-do” attitude
· Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
· Good communication and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask and work independently
· Prior office or bookkeeping experience is a plus, but not required

We are a family-owned distributor of fuel and lubricant products servicing a wide variety of customers for things like construction, farm equipment, generators, locomotives, etc. Our office is fast paced with a variety of personalities.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
